Family Therapy

We understand the importance of familt therapy in promoting harmony and understanding within the family unit. Our compassionate therapists work collabortively with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger connections. We aim to create a nuturing environment where each family member feels heard and supported on their journey towards positive change.

Hello! I’m glad you are here.

I have been practicing trauma-oriented psychotherapy for over a decade and am a licensed professional counselor and board certified art therapist. I work with adults and couples, young adults, and adolescents, with ages for younger clients ranging from 10 – 18.

I utilize an attachment-informed and strength-based lens, meaning I work with you to highlight your unique abilities and talents as well as introducing new skills to rework difficulties from your past that may be unresolved to better create contentment in your life.

I specialize in working with relationship difficulties, communication problems, alleviating trauma symptoms and easing difficult memories, life transitions, improving social skills, career dissatisfaction and people who may simply be interested in deepening insight into their lives and reaching particular goals that seem to elude them. I work with family conflict that may include marriage/partner difficulties and parent/child difficulties to develop real, working solutions for problematic communication and to strengthen connection. My professional goal is to continuously create with you an inclusive, trustful and collaborative working relationship in all aspects of your therapy journey.
